Help Hyde Raise Money
« on: July 30, 2008, 07:16:41 PM »
The following is from an email:

Following the completion of a $16.3 million capital and endowment campaign in 2006 and a record-setting $2 million + in unrestricted and restricted charitable giving in 2007-08, Hyde Schools' Office of Development & External Relations seeks an energetic and passionate advancement professional for service to begin in August 2008. This individual will join a team which is inspired to harness the goodwill and loyalty of alumni and alumni parents of our dynamic, family-based character education community and enhance the schools' image and reach to prospective families.

The Associate Director of Development & Constituent Relations plans and executes all segmented mailings, phone and electronic solicitation programs for Bath and Woodstock campuses' $1.4 million Annual Fund. The Associate Director will create a reunion giving program and oversee constituent relations with special focus on Homecoming/Reunion Weekend, proposed Alumni Chapters and all constituent gatherings and outreach/engagement.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of fund raising and/or alumni relations experience or cognate marketing experience. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must. Inquiries from Hyde alumni and alumni parents with or without experience are welcomed and will be given priority consideration.

So when you go back for homecoming weekend this fall be sure to bring your checkbook,  there will not be many of your classmates there and the goal is 1.4 mil.  Pony up!

They already do what that Murrell character is into which is VIRAL MARKETING. Haven't you noticed? Good luck on harnessing that goodwill and alumni loyalty, haha!
