When was PURE founded as a non-profit and when did it officially change from a non-profit to a for-profit corporation?

Pages 164 -165 of the transcript - Sue Scheff testifies that PURE was established as a non-profit 501 C under the PURE FOUNDATION in February 2001.  Scheff started the website HelpYourTeens.com at this time.
PURE was changed to a for profit within a year to an S-Corp.
