Lenny Englander Sembler's attorney states he is sick and can't attend the hearing set for Tuesday March 04, 2008 before the District Court of Appeals, so the hearing is cancelled.

This is not the first time Mr. Englander has faked sickness to get out of a matter in the Penis Pump case.
