Learning Enhancement For Academic Development (LEAD) offers Hyde-Woostock students academic support and skills training that arms them with the tools needed in college and the professional world.
The Hyde Wilderness Program, located on Hyde's Black Wilderness Preserve property in Eustis, Maine, is the perfect place for students and families to experience spectacular views and catch glimpses of abundant wildlife, while they learn the value of facing awesome outdoor challenges.
The Hyde Honors Programs offer Advanced Placement and honors courses in a character-centered learning environment, where students learn to develop core leadership skills that prepare them for college and beyond.
Hyde's extensive programming also includes Summer Challenge, Summer X, and Serenity.

LEAD consists of services that offer academic support and skills training in a character-centered learning environment. LEAD gives students academic support and guidance tailored to individual needs. It helps them understand and use their learning styles, while addressing the obstacles that interfere with strong scholastic performance.
Students receive support that will help them:
* Learn strategies necessary for academic success.
* Strengthen organizational and study skills.
* Build positive homework habits.
* Provide them with extra academic support and guidance.
Specific services include: Writing Enhancement, Math Enhancement, Guided Study Hall, SAT/PSAT Prep Classes, and One-on-one Tutoring
