And you've zero cred with me. Nothing proved. SH is innocent.
This discussion is going in circles. Right now the only methodology is majority rule, on the basis of an ability to prove that you are a credible witness. As far as SH is concerned, Mike, Emil, and Ursus seem to be the only witnesses (not so sure about Ursus; he's an emptiness that can only repeat what others have said. No experiences of his own to tell. Big zero). Only Mike and Emil are credible witnesses, Ursus has been caught out in too many lies and has lost his credibility. Mike and Emil say SH is innocent, and so it stands. But of course there's a lot Mike and Emil don't know. So we're talking probabilities of innocence.
Curse, grumble, call me names, but that's where things stand. If you can come up with a better methodology for establishing truth, go for it.

To be clear, I am not claiming SH to be innocent. I am claiming he is not guilty. I am asking for some one that can provide something beside gossip and innuendo. Until some one can, I say it was bullshit.
In terms of the bigger picture here, which I was lectured on vis a via posting material that could be deemed as offensive, I really don't see that maintaining an unsubstantiated attack on a dead guy, aids in the credibility of this forum to offer objective critical comment on Hyde as an educational model. IT seems to me that this stuff about SH is as irrelevant and silly as any of the stuff I have posted.
