Along the lines of what Zen stated….Why not assign a random name to each IP that sticks and is used for all anon postings.

Example :
When a person goes to post as an anon:
You would ask:
“If “login nameâ€

Urus, you have a unique way of getting your point across, thank you for that link… because of you I compulsively had to go down stairs and inspected my staple gun and put the remaining staples in alcohol (to insure they are sterilized).    I wont be able to enter a machine shop during lunch time ever again.
