I think most people are just trying to see what's going down here. Is it the truth? Is it a lies? What the hell is this? I say it is truth by those who have experienced it. For those who have not, you have never walked a day in my shoes. Or for that matter anyone who is in a program at this time.

First, and for most........relatives take them in. If nobody wants the nightmare....then put them into a TBS. Then parents seek therapy. Then join later, hopefully seeing more eye to eye.

You will eventually see eye to eye. You both might need some adjusting. No both. Not just the child. You the parent.

CCMGirl if you replaced TBS With "ethical treatment ONLY IF NECESSARY unless offered and accepted willingly" or non-restrictive residency that doesn't rob them of normal teenage experiences, social development, freedom and happiness, and gives them an education, that would be some good advice.
