Description
The Oakley School is looking to fill the full time position of Facilities Assistant II. Some of the main duties include: general cleaning/upkeep of the Oakley School, empties all trash, window cleaning, etc. Assisting with some landscaping and fertilizing, may also include some carpentry, welding, metal fabrication, handling of hazardous wast materials, electrical wiring, etc. This person would also need to enforce safety policies and take immediate action to eliminate hazardous conditions and practices.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivelant work experience. Must be able to safely operate cleaning equipment and have skilled knowledge of several building and construction specialties. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Will be required to climb ladders, work on roofs, work in confined spaces, work around chemical and flammable materials. Extensive walking will be required.
