Psy posted that Isabelle Zehnder referred a female "student" from Carolina Springs to Harbor Oaks Boarding School in N.C.
Checking the webpage for Harbor Oaks Boarding School :
Bernie Farrow is listed as a Counselor; and his wife, Arlene is listed as an Admissions Director.
Sue Scheff, PURE has a long history with "DR" Bernie Farrow.
The WWASP vs PURE transcripts reveals that Scheff was referring children to Cedar Mountain Academy; where Bernie Farrow was fired for "credential violations."
Bernie Farrow was licensed by the State of Utah as a Susbtance Abuse Counselor---yet, he falsely claimed to have a PhD.
Bernie Farrow was hired at Whitmore Academy (where Scheff referred most, IF NOT ALL the students); and while working at Whitmore; Bernie Farrow also falsely claimed to have this non-existing PhD credential.
Bernie Farrow was employeed at Integrity House in Utah; after Whitmore Academy was closed.
Bernie Farrow's Substance Abuse Counselor's license status with the State of Utah is currently listed as "expired."
Based on Sue Scheff's close association with Bernie Farrow: it can be assumed that Scheff has, or is, referring to these facilities: Intergrity House (Utah) and Harbor Oaks Boarding School (NC).
Now, it appears that it can be assumed that Isabelle Zehnder (CAICA) is referring children to the same facilities as Sue Scheff.

It has been asked what's up with that disclaimer of yours that CAICA doesn't refer to programs. Do you not consider referring a child to a program through PURE a CAICA referral?

If her site is so comprehensive, why didn't she report the death at Youth Care a LONG time ago? Does she refer to Aspen's programs? How about Sue? inquiring minds want to know.....

A Mother's Plea
On June 28, 2007 a 14 year old boy was found dead at Youth Care in Draper Utah, part of the Aspen Education Group. They failed to provide emergency medical care that could have saved his life. The boy’s mother asked that the facility be closed down pending an investigation into her son’s death. They have been notified of a suspension of their license, which has been contested, and is under review. The facility remains open. The police investigation is still open. She may not even be called as a witness at the licensing hearing.

This is not even current info - charges HAVE BEEN filed - so why is Izzy just now publishing this? Brendan died in late June!!!!!!
The Congressional hearings were last week. Brendan's very troubling case is (thankfully) getting more publicity as a result of the hearings and the charges being filed one day after those hearings.
Hmmm ... one plus one equals two ...
Google "Brendan Blum" and you get a link to CAICA and/or Izzy's new blog.
Think that might have something to do with it? How else do you explain not even listing Brendan's death on CAICA's website until now? Personally, I just don't see this any other way, sad to say.

What's there to understand? Isabelle has no credibility and some people just don't care, the ends justify the means. Two peas in a pod.
