Any chance of hyde returning money after they neglect your ?
Anonymous:
They had a $ back guarantee at one point?
Ursus:
Interesting that Jake has not returned.
I would venture that: 1.) Jake is not real, or 2.) that Hyde has seen fit to return Jake's money. Judging from events that have transpired in the past, it certainly would appear to not be the first time that dissatisfaction has been taken care of, out of the limelight of public scrutiny.

Hyde normally will not return your money. They count on family's leaving the school early. This is how they make extra money. I know of some family's who push and push, sometimes hiring an attorney, at which point Hyde will sometimes concede if forced. Many times the family does not want to go through the trouble of hiring an attorney, but it does seem to be worth it when you are talking about tens of thousands of dollars.

It would indeed seem worth it. Once upon a time, Hyde did offer a money back guarantee, but this was discontinued in the mid-80s. Perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not, this was also a period of time when they were trying to pull themselves out of a financial slump. Maybe too many people took them up on their "offer."
In my opinion, there is so very much that they claim that is "not as stated." One could even say that they are "selling cracked engine blocks."

Hyde boarding schools are obviously in trouble. Enrollment has never been so low. This is more than likely why they are trying other alternatives like stepping up opening of charter schools, etc. They no longer are fooling the Educational specialists. It is much easier to fool the government!
