Boys Ranch CEO arrested in suspected embezzlement

A one-time volunteer chaplain and the chief executive officer of a local Christian ranch for troubled boys was arrested Thursday on suspicion of embezzling more than a quarter million dollars from the ranch, a police sergeant said today.
