Well the  announcement takes place after the lawyers sign off on the deal, but they usually wait until the transfer is ready to take place.
The legal transfer typically takes place at the beginning of the new quarter (or fiscal year).

Bain Capital has not announced anything publically regarding the acquisition of HLA.  You do not have a fiduciary responsibility, your father may have one.

If one would like information as to "who" is handling th acquisition they may call Bain at:

North America
Boston Office
111 Huntington Avenue
Boston, MA 02199

Main: (617) 516-2000
Fax: (617) 516-2010

there is also an office in Newton MA.

If in fact it is BAIN For CRC HEALTHCARE which owns ASPEN, that is acquiring HLA, will that mean the counselors and educators shall have to produce "real" degrees
and they will be checked this time?
