If we do not care, 'they' have won.

In a way both sides have won.  HLA has had to make some much needed changes, and the fornits folks get a lot of credit for that.  On the other side, HLA seems to have survived this and will likely continue on.  Their numbers are already on the rise.

But it does seem as though Fornits is rather irrevelant in regards to HLA now.

HLA did survive and did not deserve to do so.

You shouldnt look at is as winning or losing.

HLA is a much better place now then they were a few years ago and part of that is due to the pressures put upon it by folks here at fornits.  Licensing, regulation and oversight is beginning to take hold which is what many here are insisting is missing (and needed) at most schools.

This is a good opportunity to see if government oversight actually improves the quality of the education and daily life of these students.  If it does then it would be valuable time spent to pursue this with other schools, if not, it is still a good lesson for others and may not be a path worth taking in the future.
