Has Genesis by the Sea re-opened?

Now, I don't know whether this is true or not but...

I heard the school in Baja has re-opened for business.

I was told they are charging $3,000 monthly and that they have complied with the mexican authorities demands and are now operating in baja legally.

I don't know who the staff is, where exactly they are, or if they have gone back to the old compound.

Last I heard the palmers don't operate the school anymore, the cookstons run Lighthouse (formerly victory christian academy), and Tom Russell is the principal.

So I haven't the slightest clue who would be operating GBS if in fact the rumor is true.

Can anyone get some more info on this or confirm the rumor?
