Who notifies the Nevada Licensing Agency that a lawsuit has been filed against Sue Scheff/PURE, Focal Point Academy, Boyd Hooper,and owner Glen Horlacher?

Should't potential new familes/clients be aware of this lawsuit when considering placing their children in this facility and checking this facility's license for any pending lawsuits?
