The last discussion is quite interesting. Supporting this type of nonsense does undermine what you are trying to do. But alas, you have nothing else. The "paradoy" site really should be appreciated for what it is; the last ditch effort of a few bitter, angry, and morally corrupt individuals. I have pointed it out before and, at the risk of sounding redundant, will do so again. All any of you ultimately have is personal attacks. Middle school, juvienille attacks. Not even intellectually sophisticated attacks; and this is truly sad.
Lets look honestly at the situation. You have dedicated much of your worthless lives to attempting to close what you believe to be a corrupt, abusive system. This is honorable. However, you have not one shred of evidence to support this. No substaintiated abuse investigations, no substaintiated investigation of corruption. Nothing but your own paranoia to keep you driven to nowhere.
Over the past year HLA has faced an incredible hurdle created in part by some of you. HLA has actually survived this and come out better in many ways than before. Contrary to your uninformed belief, admissions are rising everyday. HLA will rebound, HLA will survive.
Fornits however has failed. Your participation is down. You've lost much of your support and you've been kicked out of America. The few of you that have not lost complete touch with reality (drug induced or not) must begin to see that it is Fornits and its supporters who have become offensive to people. No parent, consultant or public official can take this site seriously. No parent would question who is providing factual information, HLA or Fornits. In reality, you've made Fornits a paradoy of itself.
Lastly, I honor your acknowledgment and support of the right to free speech. But as many of you should realize, rights are given up frequently by the free due to their inability to exercise those rights responsibly. Maybe we will never lose our right to free speech in this country. I am not so sure. This is not a dialogue, its not a discussion. It is crude, offensive and hateful diatribe and this is what will ultimately cost us our freedom of speech.
It took me steping away from the situation a bit to see this. You are no longer threatening; you have become pitiful.

Interesting but false accusation. After TheWho was banned, I contacted Ginger privately because I was upset about banning anybody for what they said. Well.Turns out he was flooding a lot more than people realize. He WAS flooding the forum, not just under his username. Ginger is very very very strict about her free speech policies. She realizes that when you start to censor a litte, for any reason, it's a slippery slope before suddenly you are getting fined 300k for a wardrobe malfunction... and it goes downhill from there.
The site, parts of it I find offensive, yes. But censorship offends me more. I could quote Voltaire on this but it would probably be redundant at this point.
Also, you may not realize it, but a lot of the staff members like "Johnny Ringo", do get offended by what is posted on fornits, and on sites like hiddenlakeacademy.info (like Johnny Ringo, above). They would probably never admit it... but they would never have bothered to contact the hosing service if they weren't.
Fornits exists for more than just parents... For a lot of people, being able to say "fuck you" where before they were silenced is ... well .. therapeutic.

First of all, you not only have no idea what you're talking about but also don't have any right to say you know where the children of HLA are coming from. You're speaking solely off a staff member's perspective. The months spent in isolation of the program lead to desperation, loneliness, and skin scraping torment. You have no idea of the self destructing thoughts that go along in the mind that of an HLA student.
Not only are students usually forced or tricked into getting sent away in the program, but they are lied to as well. Funny, I’ve actually heard a source stating that you yourself said that HLA supplied jet skis to the student. You make me laugh, the things you’re trying to echo in this discussion. Not to mention for a 40-something year old dirt bag you need a spell-check in almost every other paragraph.

No wonder you turned to the business of commercialism and lying. It’s a parody, foremost, and just because it speaks against the philosophy your program tries to shove down 23 months in the making to these desperate souls doesn’t make it slander. There’s already too much immorality and bullshit HLA brings upon itself that makes it a magnet for criticisms.
And what a weak move on your part, being HLA’ S little puppet so to speak. If anything, Doctor B should be the one sticking to his guns with this whole HLA WILL SURVIVE crap and trying to feed his uncanny, weak argument. This whole passage screams ‘HLA spy-defendant’ to me. You’re not a free speaker, but only trying to defend the program so you can go off on your ten-speed motorcycle, make money, and enjoy getting paid to lie to kids for a living. You make me sick.
And yes, those sent off to HLA are faced with tough decisions and the ones they made beforehand were nothing short of foolish, but in the big picture no one deserves that kind of punishment and trauma bestowed on them. Teenagers should be in their own environment to grow up and experience life, not sent away to the middle of nowhere and forced to hang around the scum bag staff members you people unwisely hire. Wow. Never have I heard such subjectivity and arrogance in one passage alone (not to mention poor grammar, but don’t even get me started!).
I could really get on your case for the retarded stance you take in this one, but here let me just spark you this question: if HLA truly will rebound and survive, how come it takes away so much interest out of Lumpkin County’s taxes and also the land it consumes that could be useful for actual facilities. And if it will really survive, how come you each set yourself up for failure by hiring unlicensed counselors? Does a decrepit soul named Clay Erickson ring a bell here? How about the good ole Beau Rappe? Did you think you could really get away with that one?

So it’s OK to justify your concentration-camp like mentality with the usage of a questionably ‘therapeutic’ program? You’re so full of it. HLA does have its benefits and it causes change within the peers, but in the worst and most abusive way possible. There’s so many other ways you could try and help a child grow up and mature through passion and understanding without the factor of making a buck, but Hidden Lake Academy chooses not to. And that’s what sickens me the most. The point that you lead these young men and women to are wrong beyond any speak able level (and I’m talking from experience now) and you in the office just don’t care. Because each of you in the office leave and go home each night, nine to five. But not those in that run-down ghetto of a dorm, put in the care with the creepy and sanity questionable night staff.
All in a day’s work, isn’t it?
That’s what sickens me the most.

HlA may still have equity, yes, thats true. But to get money for that equity, and to hold on to the school afterwards, bucci needs to prove and keep up the enrollments, something which he as of yet has not been able to do. HLA never recovered from the lawsuit. they have never, and will never be able to get back to the 03'-05' enrollment numbers. so even if he does get a loan, bucci has a very long and hard road ahead of him. HLA is not healing from a serious wound, they are on life support after a major wreck and are slipping in and out of consciousness. it's just a matter of time before bucci pulls the plug and moves on.
