there is a JUMP TO pull down menu that shows up when replying to a thread in between the form and the other responses.. tahts the only one i know of that shows up in the middle though.

I have that one at the very bottom of every page.

thats where it NORMALLY is until you are on the reply screen and have the other messages show below your form (Topic Review). then it shows up inbetween.
