Well, I think you've lost one of the major benefits of this forum. More than one kid who is in a program today would be safely home with their parents instead, had their parents been able to stomach this site, and actually acquire some useful information. And some kids who are dead might be alive. At best this forum has been reduced to not so funny entertainment for idiots at this point, and will never be taken seriously by any prospective parent, "real" survivors, investigator, journalist, or anyone else who has a sincere interest in exposing the abuse in the teen treatment industry. Congratulations.

My user account was compromised, so I no longer log in to post. I attempted to get information on the industry from this forum in an effort to expose what happened to my son. I sincerely doubt many parents would stick around for more than 5 minutes. So you survivors who get off on others' pain and abuse, have at it. More kids will suffer because of you, providing yet more entertainment for your sick minds. For those who post useful information and discussion about real issues, I suggest you find a real forum. Disagreement, discussion, and freedom to state one's opinions are great.  This version of free speech really sucks.

And if I were you, I'd spend a teeny amount of time keeping tabs on some of your "admins"..... But oh wait... then you'd be behaving like a .... parent.....

In that case blame the parents that just don't listen until something horrible happens. Few ever listen no matter how nice or upfront you are, if you say anything that suggest the program they chose is bad you get called a liar/druggie/loser/whatever, they just don't listen. I mean would you have believed us(and not just us but ISAC, Cafety, etc...) before something happened to your son?

Let me break it down really simple like. Parents pay money for their kids to go to programmes. they demand money from their insurance companies.. they push their local governments for money to send thier kids off to programme...

Whose fault is it that programs are perpetuated then? Free market system at play here.. No money going to programmes equals no demand for programmes.

Simple economics..

Now you can sit here and rant and rave all you want about fornits but I love the place just the way it is. The porn is stupid sure, but that doesn't change what we are and who we are.

We are people who the programmes can't shut up. We are the place where anyone can go to speak their mind. Free speech can't be halted on these forums and that scares programmes. Because behind the scenes they know the more people speak out the more that others will listen.

Now I dispute this notion that parents are loosing any opprotunity to make informed decisions because they have people be mean to them on fornits.

First of all the majority of you poor parents are getting private messaged or phone calls to help you out from about the minute you step foot on fornits.

On top of that we have a moderated forum to keep the crap down to a minimum.

Yet the majority of you ding bats prefer to slug it out all over the forum and run off later crying that you got butthurt by someone saying something mean on the internet to yall.

Bottom line.. doesn't matter what I say to you.. Doesn't matter what the tooth fairy says to you.. doesn't matter what the mailman says.. the shrink.. the therapist...

The safety of children is reponsibility of the parents.. Parents who send their kids off to programmes because of getting ripped on at fornits don't deserve to be parents.. These are the sorts who need their children taken away from them for the safety of the children..

Parents pay the bills..

parents make the decisions..

parents push the demand for this industry...


In the end if you all would stop being such a bunch of whiney arsed pussies and crying about being misrepresented, brainwashed, goat assed trolled or who knows what and just accept the fact that you fucked up the end of this evil empire would come about so much quicker.

But.. again.. yall are to busy making 1001 excusing for abandoning your children to the care of a bunch of lunatics.

Some of us catch on quicker than others. I just wish I was one of those parents who have the option to pull their kid out.

I unfortunately had the treatment center's help in ensuring that my son was court ordered there good and tight.

I am working my ass off trying to get him out and I KNOW, I TOTALLY KNOW THAT I AM 100% at fault for ALL of this.

I KNOW that I don't deserve to be happy again for the rest of my life.

No one has to tell me that.

That is bull shit, you are not 100% at fault for looking for help and finding a nightmare. And you do deserve to be happy as does your son. They have parents who don't give a damn about their kids and just dump them off somewhere till they turn 18. They have parents who try to blame their kids for any abuse they suffered, defend the abuse as necessary, or even defend their child's abuser.

Any parent can be duped, but that alone does not make you an evil person. I really wish survivors would tell about their parents who fit the criteria of an asshole so you other parents can tell the difference.

I agree some parents are conned. It just doesn't merit that much significance to me when compared to the abuse endured by children at the hands of these lunatics. As an adult you would think parents would, more so these days given the plethora of information on programmes, to place a higher value on their children by NOT taking the word of so called medical authorities, programme reps, and ed cons.

Do some damn research for christ sakes people!!

My sympathies are with you and I do hope you are able to win free your child from the shitpit he is being held prisoner at.

The is [parental accountability argument has little to do with whether porn should be allowed. Particularly the hardcore disgusting stuff

I would argue it should not be allowed because it undermines the credibility of the board is sickening to look at and may prevent parents considering this option from reading further. This has little to do with whether or not they should be seen as terrible people and held accountable after the fact.

However as Ginger has made her position on this issue clear I would advise readers to do what Castle has suggested and block such crap or just skip over random looking links which are likely to contain something grotesque.
