And they have not. However, We haven't broken any laws. Sue's judgment against Carey Bock was a default judgment. That means the defense didn't show up for the trial because the defense was not invited. In other words, this was kangaroo court. Do note that this dubious judgment represents the largest dollar amount for any such judgment against a net blogger or forum poster. That, in fact, is how the corporate media is spinning it. And they have obvious reasons for wishing ill will on all those pain in the ass bloggers and net journalists who keep debunking their fluff.
The net views censorship as damage and routes around it. We'll see, but I'm pretty confident that we'll come out on top of this one.
