New Case Against Sue Scheff

David Leacock, attorney in Jupiter, FL filed a lawsuit on behalf of Scott Green and Michelle Green, Plaintiffs.

The suit names as Defendant:
Susan L. Scheff
Parents Universal Resource Experts, Inc.
Focal Point Academy, LLC
Glen Horlacher
and Boyd Hooper
 

Case was filed in Broward County, FL  
Case filed 7/31/2007
Case No.  06 2007-CA 18185 AXXXCE

Case is before Judge Leroy H. Moe

From a good source the SUE SCHEFF file is being ordered $$$ paid and will be scanned and sent to others.
