Mail actually ends up going through, but I have no way of knowing for sure until I check my "Out" or "Sent" folders.

1. The pm gets sent. No need to check.
2. Mail notifcations do not get sent.
3. The problem is solved but won't be fixed until later today.

thanks noted, at the bottom of the list since its a template issue.
