Well, Izzy can't erase history, so instead she is trying to quielty sweep it under the rug.

At this point in time, if Iz is smart, she would distance herself, as far a possible at this time.  If she wants to play stupid, well that may help, too.
However, do not be surprised if this suit goes to trial, that she shall receive a subpeona.
