I am looking to rent my first floor two bedroom,one bathroom apartment in Oklohoma. Below you will find the current conditions of the apartment.I am asking for $975 a month.
The floor is in need of a complete replacement, you will not be able to flush the toilet the traditional way, a window in one bedroom is broken and can't be opened, the ceiling of the complete apartment leaks,the stove cannot be used because it leaks gas when used,I will not give you a key to the building's door,you will have to ring another tenant's bell to get in, and if you want phone service,you will have to pay a technician to fixthe inside wires as they are damaged, however you will still be able to access the internet without repairing the inside wires.
