It's my understanding that the criminal case was dropped because of lack of evidence, however, that doesn't stop her from suing him criminally.  If she won the criminal case, she should be banned from suing criminally, at least that's how it works in California.  And it's my opinion that Sue doesn't sue unless there's money involved.

I mean't to say it doesn't stop her from suing him civily.  Still waking up.  If you drop the criminal case, then you can sue civily.
