No.  It wasn't.  Somebody (you can probably guess) talked to a friend who is an asst. District Attorney and she said it was NOT actionable.  I told you.  Don't fear these people.

Do you know how long she has been "writing" that book.  My feeling: given how much she lies about damn near everything, is that she hasn't even written a page.  It's a marketing gimmick.
