Nope, it's Mummie, and was just doing some research, so typed in CAICA in my new Google menu, and that's what popped up.  Didn't think to type Pure.  However, I keep seeing Horizon Family solutions connected somehow to them too.

Someone else must have googled too to find the disability site, because when you type Horizona Family Solutions and Pure, that site comes right up to the top.

Nice Work.

Izzy has her NEW disclaimer up now:  WHOA....  disclaiming she doesn't refer, has it's own little section now!  hmmmmm

Izzy still doesn't have Sue Scheff listed under ADVOCATES on the front page.  Wonder why?

Izzy still hasn't posted about the Focal Point Academy Law Suit.
Wonder why?

REFERRALS: CAICA is not a referral agency. CAICA does not refer to or promote facilities or transport companies for children or teens. CAICA warns parents that the parent pay / parent choice programs ie. Residential Treatment Centers, Therapeutic Boarding Schools, Behavior Modification Programs, Christian Programs, Positive Peer Culture Programs, etc., are not regulated by the Federal Government and that it is a "Buyer Beware" industry. CAICA provides the following for parents: Message to Parents,  Help for Distraught and Desperate Parents, and  Questions to Ask and Warning Signs.

CAICA does, however, refer parents to PURE who sells kids off into programs and to transport companies.

Bitch. :flame:

Isabelle can't claim she doesn't refer/use transport companies.  Below are portions of two separate emails that I received from her.  She DOES refer/use transport services.
__________________________________________________________

March 5, 2007 email…

When you ask the judge for C to bring D back into this country is there any way we can ask that she be transported, at C's expense, by a transport company of my choosing (I work with these
companies that transport kids in and out of Jamaica)

March 6, 2007 email….

Please pray the court allows our requests - that I choose the transport so C  doesn't go get her or doesn't hire some idiots to transport D back here (and there are definitely those out there)
_________________________________________________________

Wake up Isabelle, just because you have changed your websites, doesn't mean everything disappears.  You DID try to get us to use a transport service.

Can this possibly be Izzy's way of saying she doesn't give credit for materials she just "takes" from other websites and uses without permission?

Izzy referred to Sunrise Adolescent Transports, too---she wrote the email; she made the referral.

She can write all the disclaimers she pleases.
She referred to Sunrise Adolescent Transports: a company owned by an ex-WWASP Teen Help employee!

On the subject of a few posts back.... here's the quote: "It is important to remember that the troubled child/teen industry, including
transport companies for children and teens, is virtually unregulated, there are
no Federal laws to protect the children. There is no entity looking out for the
safety and well-being of the children that is not financially tied to this industry."

Maybe I am misunderstanding that last sentence, and please correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't a GENUINE 501c3 non-profit organization recognized by the IRS be considered an entity? And, if so, if this entity was NOT financially tied to the industry as implied in the context of that statement, would that be or not be an 'actionable' statement? Off the top of my head, I can think of at least one entity that is not financially tied to the industry and that does a great job of 'looking out for the safety and well-being of children placed in harmful/abusive programs. In fact, it is responsible for hundreds of kids being taken OUT of and prevented from being placed in harms way inside these hellholes. Before going too much further, would someone please comment on that above statement?   thank you in advance...  8-)

I can name an entity that is looking out for the welfare of children  in this industry...that is saving children from these programs....and saving children from being placed in these programs.....and, THAT IS NOT TIED FINANCIALLY TO THIS INDUSTRY IN ANY MANNER:

ISAC--International Survivors Action Committee

Since Izzy appears to be distancing herself from Sue Scheff/PURE; who might Izzy be using to refer parents and children for program placement?
Could Izzy possibly be using Scheff's other long-time "friend and colleague" Marie Peart?
What's the status of PSY's promise to close down CAICA by December?
