Izzy referred PATTI to Sue Scheff/PURE BEFORE she ever engaged in email exchanges and phone calls with PATTI.
Izzy decided to refer PATTI to Sue Scheff/PURE just from the information she was given by her MySpace friend, Sandy.

Isabelle Zehnder can protest all she wants, but referring children into unregulated programs by way of her friend and colleague's company PURE is proof positive that CAICA does not live up to it's disclaimer of not referring children to programs. Whether it happened once, twice, or dozens of times, it does not matter. What matters is it happened.
That's my personal take on the situation.

Wonder why she's not commenting? After all she was on the receiving end of her friend Izzy's referral, wasn't she?
Gotta wonder how strong this "friendship" might be, since Izzy seemed to think that the PURE TELEPHONE NUMBER was Sue's private home phone number.
Wonder why Izzy didn't just DISCLOSE that she was handing out the phone number to PURE?

It is odd isn't it? Zehnder claiming she had permission to give this person her friend's private/home number when in reality, it was PURE's business number?
What was Zehnder's explanation, assuming she even offered one?
