automatically logged out

I've been getting logged out automatically from time to time..it ~just happened again during the hour I was away...

i know i did it to piss you off... no that was my fault i changed a setting purposely... but didn't mean to set it so low... although when you do log in do you click the little box to keep you logged in ? just curious? Please let me know... cuz you shouldn't get logged out if you click that. so if you are then that's yet another issue.  

But i've moved it up to like 5 hours now so you should be good to go.  That was causing a major slow down on the site.  But initially i pushed it to just an hour cuz obviously I can't add.
