I thought John was nice enough but I do not understand if these HLA staffers know what HLA is getting by with ripping parents off and not following through with their many promises they tell parents to gain enrollment and they still stay employed there, I guess that tells the true character of these people.  I would never stay employed at a place that was so unethical in their treatment of families. HLA is getting by with corrupt practices and that is what the lawsuit is about. Families are tired of HLA ripping them off and not doing what they promised to do to help their children. If any one of those people in HLA's administration were to have experienced this from the parents point of view, they would feel the same way. I truly believe that lots of brainwashing goes on at HLA. HLA has been very successful in brainwashing a few parents of kids at HLA also. I guess these parents are paying out so much money and want so much to believe the BS HLA is telling them, that it is easier to be in denial than to get their heads out of the sand and face the ugly truth.

Maybe he is a complete ass. There are lots of staff there that I consider arrogant and sarcastic asses! I would think that HLA would do whatever they could to keep the parents happy so that they would not want to pull their children out of HLA, but that definitely is not the case!
