where did cancer research come into play in relation to HLA?

and it's not about the money, it's the principal. say you are a billionaire. if someone conned you out of $100,000, and you decided to not go after them and get your money back, since that is the equivalent of one of us loosing $10-20, what does that say? it says that you're a weakling and an easy target, and con men will flock to you. it also tells con men that other billionaires could be easy targets. it also says that you as a person, do not value money, or the time you spent working for it.

it is in this manner that entire criminal industires function and get away with it. e.g. the mafias, the troubled teen industry, the republican party, etc.

so who cares if a plaintiff owns a sports team? who cares if they only spent on HLA, and will recover from them only a fraction of their weekly income. whats right is right, and whats wrong is wrong. hla STOLE from parents, and that is simply wrong. you cant stop justice. or karma for that matter.

so johhny fago/FJ, shut your mouth. it'll save you alot of embarassment when HLA sells of their property down the the last plastic fork to pay off their debts.

You are correct that the parents that are trying to sue HLA are upstanding parents. They are the upstanding people that are brave and strong enough not to take any shit from HLA! They are upstanding enough to BLOW the WHISTLE on the lies, deceptions and corruption that has been allowed to go on at HLA. These people have enough character to stand up against HLA and you pathetic HLA staffers who believe what Buccellato tells you, are weak minded puppets. I think anyone who is familiar with this issue knows that in September of last year, prior to the bogus lawsuit, HLA was extremely lucrative and growing rapidly. It was the intention of these immoral and sue-happy individuals to bankrupt the school. They have no case together nor individually. The idea of course is that these individuals have more money than they have sense. Like the gentleman from PA who owns that sports team. You must recognize he doesn't need the money, so why has he taken this on as his pet project? This is not about money, nor is it about abuse, neglect, etc. Much has been alledged and nothing has ever been substantiated. I recognize that you all believe that HLA is a powerful force who can influence DCFS, DHR, IRS, and many other organizations that have been called; but you must recognize how rediculous this truly is. HLA can influence or hide wrongdoing from all of these government organizations but they cannot end and rediculous lawsuit?

The whole point of this thread is to show that anyone can make wild accusations. Proving them is something altogether different. I personally believe that some nut involved with this site or with the lawsuit set the fire at HLA. Can I prove it? No! But luckily you have provided me with a forum to say it. Thanks

It was only placed into a class because of the number of people it would involve for expediancy. If it is not classed, then it shall have to be broken up into individual suits, before the same court, Judge O'Kelley.
Of which, everyone involved seems to understand, obviously including Judge O'Kelley.

If this is not classed, all out of state families shall be in Judge O'Kelley's
court. He has jurisdiction. So, either way, it shall not end will the class.
I do not understand why HLA thinks it shall end there.

Careful, careful.. there has never been any intention to bankrupt the school by this lawsuit. None of the plaintiffs have been accused of skimming money off the top of the school,shifting monies around, losing the Chapel Fund, 901's, paying their private taxes with school funds, defrauding the IRS,defrauding States and Federal Gov't with IEP monies, ODD Insurance Fraud monies, milked the school or used the school as a private bank roll for private parties and private vacations. Perhaps you have the allegations backwards. Honestly, there is only one person
who single handedly has worked toward sending this school toward
bankruptcy. Your anger has been misplaced.
