How many Parents are owed back thousands from HLA?

We know of two families that are owed back $60,000 and some change and a family that iw owed back $40,000 and some change. How can HLA get by with this. I think these families are hoping the lawsuit will be thrown out and HLA will magically get the loans to pay them back. That is not going to happen. If the lawsuit is not classed, lots of these families are going forth with individual suits against HLA. I think these families should contact Larry Lederer at the Berger Montague law firm that is handling the petition for the lawsuit and let them know this.

Why are those families owed back 60,000 dollars?  What are the circumstances that require the money be paid back?

The pre-paid the entire tuition and are due a refund for the months their child didn't attend HLA (less the 3 month deposit, of course).  They are rightfully owed that money back, but many of them haven't seen one red cent.
