What the hell was she doing climbing over that first fence to get closer to that "cute bear?"  Zoos put those fences in for a reason.  Polar Bears are amongst the largest (land-living) carnivores on this planet... hello?  She is lucky she just got some lacerations and a broken leg.  Probably pissed the bear off by bugging him for a good photo op, or maybe he was just a little hongree...
