Wonder is he had high hopes of getting referrals from outfits like PURE who as I understand it, referred around 40 kids or so to Whitmore?

Anybody have any first hand experience or knowledge of this program?

Shows Letter dated January 17, 2007 announcing:
White River Academy relocated from Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to
Delta, Utah.
The Academy has a new webpage.
They have a year-long program...but do offer a "60 or 90 Day Wake-Up Call Program."
