The feeling of having your psyche systematically destroyed

Maybe it was during a group confrontational session.

Maybe it was during a rap.

Maybe it was during a seminar.

Maybe it was somewhere else.

An artist could describe this feeling.

A poet could.

I don't know words well enough to, but I have felt it before.

It never really goes away.

I'm not sure anyone can describe it unles they been through it

As someone who has been through it, i can't describe it, the words aren't there, i can't find them, maybe I don't want to, subconciously - maybe it's so different for each person there is no way of pinning it down completely in writing, through art, shouting, screaming or whatever way you really want to express it

It's just too deep to be able to even begin to find a way to express it, plus it would take years & years to connect with every little detail that led to the way you feel now?
