Page 205 of the trial transcript.  Sue Scheff is under oath and being questioned by the lawyer.  The topic is Marie Peart who is Sue Scheff?s business partner and a lady with two criminal convictions for theft.

Q.   And it was Marie Peart?s procedure when she was replying to parents to send you a copy of the reply to parents inquiries that came to PURE; correct?

A.   ?..sometimes she did.

Q.   This is dated June 26th of 2003 and you were using Marie Peart who lived in Utah as one of the sales agents for PURE, correct?

A.   She is one of the consultants (for PURE).

Q.   And you were in fact sending her leads that came off your website, she would follow up with them and try to get children placed in programs?

A.   ?.yes.

Q.   And if the child was placed in the program, the program would pay half of the referral fee to you and half of the referral fee to her, correct?

A.  Sometimes ?.and sometimes Marie would get the complete fee.

Q.  And you were allowing her (Marie Peart) to call herselt PURE?s ?admission director??

A.  Yes, sir, that is correct.

On Sue Scheff versus PO WHITE KATRINA SURVIVOR, we did check and there is no trial transcript for some reason but there are deposition transcripts. We are getting them.

Didn't Sue Scheff do a video of some of the WWASP dogs? When Sue-Sue gets her titties twisted in another lawsuit why can't a video be done of her?

Anyone know any reason why not? It would be fun to put a video of Sue Scheff on Google.  Ginger could help us with a nice video of Sue--couldn't ya Ginger?

There are a bizzilion emails from Sue Scheff but they are needed for court things.
