Yes, it strange.  I'm curious to know how the judge ruled and why.  My understanding about the jury is they decided damages only but without reading the transcripts, it's hard to know exactly what transpired.  The media really didn't report much on this case, possibly because it was not defended which makes sense, what was there really to report aside from the size of the award?

True, but the media coverage helped focus a fair amount attention on Fornits and of course, Bock, which I thinked peaked people's curiousity enough to want to know more about the "other side".
