I'm looking for people who were at Casa by the Sea between March of 1999 and April of 2000 who may have known a boy named Michael Perry, or who can report any abuses that they witnessed during that period of time. Please PM me or post if you have such information or know someone who may. It is a matter of life and death. Thank you.

Justice - I assume you are thinking to help Michael avoid the death penalty by showing how he was abused in the program? I do understand. Many of us have tried to make this point.

I personally have come to believe that Michael's best hope (other than the current aire of hostility toward the death penalty found since Florida botched it) is his mental health. It is a mitigating factor. It might help get him a commuted sentence.

But I want to warn you of something. While Michael has not told any out right lies with regard to his story - he practices a great deal of data drop out. What he drops out changes the picture significantly. I suspect there is much you do not know about his case; and so, I'd suggest being cautious, as to what you clam on his behalf.

As I tried to explain to Michael, making an argument for innocence, on what is easily discovered to be dishonest information, is only going to hurt his efforts to avoid the TX court's ultimate penalty. It makes him look even more guilty - it tends to erode what ever sympathy might be found for him.

Please be cautious in how you proceed.

I am familiar with all aspects of Michael's case, both favorable and unfavorable. Thank you for the warning, I'm sure it was given with the best of intentions. Shouldn't it have been really obvious from the start that "Justice" is Michael's lawyer?

The conditions in that shitpit were beyond abusive. Google might tell you even more but I'm sure you've already thoroughly used that in your search. There aren't any Fornits posters, that I'm aware of, that have been to Casa. Good luck.

There's another WWASPS kid who is accused of being involved in the killing his mother and severally injuring his father  (he was not the trigger man, another person has been accused of committing the actual murder).

The boy's name is Christopher Patrick Sutton.  He lives in Miami, Florida and I believe he is in jail awaiting trial.  Anybody know who is lawyer is?  

I hope Michael Perry can appeal his conviction.  The whole trial stunk to high heaven, IMO.
