I don't know who you are who posted the previous information but this is valuable.  If you have any more information please keep posting it.

I am collecting it and giving it to a number of lawyers.  Maybe someone who is a good writer should do a paper or something helping to sum up this information on Sue Scheff and her PURE company.

Thank you very much whoever you are.  Very impressive!

Sue Scheff in her own words:
___________________________________________________
Frequently Asked Questions:
Here are some of the frequently asked questions.

1. Who is P.U.R.E.?

Parents Universal Referral Experts is founded by a parent who had a teenager in a program, and believes it saved their lives! With this, she has referred many families into different facilities/programs throughout her child's progress, and wants to give back to the Universe what was given to her. The need is here, and we are here to fill the need. Being a single parent, we want to offer a "free service" to many of those that cannot afford the pricey counselors. We also enjoy sharing our story and want to help others to move from the darkness into the light. We want to make you feel comfortable with sharing your story with us. We will let you know, you are certainly not alone.

2. Why use P.U.R.E. Services?

Why use P.U.R.E. Services? It is "free" service/advice from people that have actually had teens in programs. We are not just selling facilities, we are assisting families that are experiencing a downward spin and do not want to hear the same old advice. We will listen, we will give our opinion as a parent, not just a professional. We want to be your friend and guide you through the dark spots so you can finally see the light.

If you use P.U.R.E. as a service, we are always offering promotion to different programs. At this time we are waiving uniform fees at some of our facilities. Which could be up to a $300.00 savings. You cannot receive this unless you are referred to them through P.U.R.E..

3. How does P.U.R.E. work?

We are  here for you, and our response time is within 24 hours of your inquiry.  There are 2 ways to contact us: use our toll-free number 1-(877)-311-PURE (please dial (954) 349-7260 if you live in Broward, Florida), or simply complete the "request free information" page, and we will mail the materials to you within 3 working days. If you would like us to call you, please put that in your request. We will always value your confidentiality and privacy, that if you prefer we do not call, we will not. *Also if you are considering a program, and want more information on it, we can offer a free evaluation of the program you have in mind. If we don't know about it, we will take the steps to find out about it. We have consultants throughout the U.S. that will actually visit facilities by our request. *(Our consultants will do that if we feel it is a program looking into. However, if we know there is a problem or an issue with a certain program or facility, we have the right to decline the request. We want to maintain the reputation of having first quality programs for our children.)

4. How much does this service cost?

Nothing.  We will never charge a parent a fee for anything. This is an absolutely "free" service. There is never a charge to parents for  advice, materials, and/or review of program information.

INTERPRETATION:  You, my little fool, will be paying extra money up front to the program and they, in turn, will pay it back to me.  See?  This is how "we will never charge a parent fee for anything."  We get your money funneled to us indirectly from the program.

5. How much are the programs?

The programs  prices vary depending on the location, the facility, the type of program or severity of need the child has. There are creative ways to finance most programs. Always call for updated prices on facilities and programs.

INTERPRETATION:  Sue will have you empty your retirement account or mortgage your home to the hilt.  Anything to get your money.

6. Where are the programs located?

We have locations throughout the US, and other countries.

INTERPRETATION:  PURE has programs through WWASP in Jamaica, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

7. Where is P.U.R.E. located?

We are located in Weston, Florida,  about 10 miles west of Ft. Lauderdale. We share an office with a Juvenile Criminal Attorney who is also very helpful when needed.

8. How can my program or school become part of  the PURE Preferred Network?

Please make your request known to:
[email protected] or by calling 1 (877) 311-PURE (7873), or (954) 349-7260 in Broward. You can also fax us at (954) 349-6540, or send information about your programs to us at PURE Inc., 1940 North Commerce Pkwy Suite 3, Weston FL 33326.

March 2003

Where is P.U.R.E. located?

We are located in Weston, Florida. This is about 10 miles west of Ft. Lauderdale.  PURE is conveniently located in Weston Center with Ddolescent Psychologiest, Psychiatrists, and Attorneys
.

Please read page 183 of the WWASP vs PURE transcript.

Q:  PURE did not have adolescent psychologist, psychiatrists, or attorneys, did they?

A: (by Sue Scheff)  We specifically moved into a building with the therapists and juvenile attorneys. Yss, they're not on staff, but we are in the same building with each other.  It doesn't say they are on staff.

There it is in Sue Scheff's own words, under oath.

Umm, yea right Miss Scheff.  Ah, your web sure does say "they are on staff."  Right.  It, being your old web page, sure does say you have these professionals on staff:  with Adolescent Psychologiest, Psychiatrists, and Attorneys."

It sure does.  Where did you learn to lie to much?  Come on, bring on another lawsuit Sheff cause there are WITNESSES LINING UP TO TESTIFY AGAINST YOU THIS TIME and none of your little Texan friends can pull you out NEXT TIME.  BRING IT ON BITCH! [/b]

FAQ's About PURE
« Reply #6 on: December 09, 2006, 08:15:47 AM »
Sue Scheff's own words from March 2002 (changed from 2001).  Bold is added.

___________________________________________________

1. Who is P.U.R.E.?

Parents Universal Resource Experts was founded by a parent who had a teenager in a program and believes in getting our teens help.

TRANSLATION:  Scheff used her daughter's "successful" experience at WWASP's Carolina Springs Academy to conive other parents to place their kids in WWASP.  Remember Scheff was selling only WWASP programs for about a year until about August/September 2001.

Her daughter Ashlyn had been out of WWASP for 3 months, from about December 2000, and Scheff was taking her daughter by Scheff's own admission, to the WWASP secret seminars to SELL WWASP to other parents.  Scheff had a falling  out with WWASP's Teen Help over how much she was to be paid.  She asked Kevin Richey, another WWASP salesman, to commit a crime of theft by changing some referrals to Scheff so she could make more money.  He refused.  Scheff's business partner later became Marie Peart who now has at least TWO criminal convictions for theft/fraud.

We consider our Educational Consultants at P.U.R.E. very ?special and sincere?. They are truly caring individuals that will do their best to help you find the best match for your child and family. With P.U.R.E. you will work with a professional whom is also a parent. This is very comforting, since they know what you are feeling. To combine professionalism with caring is very unique and an asset to P.U.R.E.

TRANSLATION:  Another Scheff-Lie.  There are no professionals on her staff and never have been, other than professional liars Scheff critisizes Jay Kay for being a college drop-out and gas station attendant, and she critisizes Ken Kay for being a former real estate agent.

But what is Sue Scheff?  She is high school educated, a former part-time sales person for her grandaddy's food business in New York, working whenever she felt like it by her own admission, and then moving to Florida to become a billing clerk for a hospital.  SOURCE:  transcripts in WWASP versus Scheff.

"There is a need for a referral service like PURE Inc. and we are here to fill it. We also want parents and families to know ?they are not alone.?

TRANSLATION:  If Scheff pretends she is one of ya'all you will be more gullible when she manipulates you out of your money IMO.

2. Why use P.U.R.E. Services?

P.U.R.E. Inc has dedicated their service to only refer to licensed and fully accredited programs and schools. In our research, we have found that the misrepresentation of programs and schools is overwhelming. We have done the research and taken the time to give you the most qualified, proven, successful programs and schools.

This, in essence, saves you, as a parent, the time, stress and frustration of reviewing many brochures and speaking with many ?sales reps.? Our network of schools and programs is small, yet all fully licensed and highly accredited. Being able to give parents choices is what makes us unique. We do not limit our resources to only one program or school. P.U.R.E. believes being overwhelmed and confused can cause errors in placement of your child. We want to relieve that confusion.

TRANSLATION:  Another lie.  Whitmore in Utah, which is now shut down, was "fully licensed and 'highly' accredited"?  We don't think so Miss Scheff.

3. How does P.U.R.E. work?

P.U.R.E. Consultants, who are also ?parents?, will evaluate your situation on an individual basis. From there, we will recommend programs or schools that would best fit your child and family needs. Please fill out our ?request free information? form.

We are not just selling schools and programs; we are recommending the most appropriate fit for your family. Narrowing your search to only approved programs and schools, will save you time and get your child into a productive atmosphere sooner.

TRANSLATION:  PURE has no one on staff who is "qualified" to "evaluate your situation on an individual basis."  ANOTHER TOTAL LIE BY SCHEFF.  Scheff lies again and says, "We are not just selling schools and programs; we are recommending the most appropriate fit for your family."  ANOTHER LIE.  Scheff and Peart take money from the "programs" because the parent pays extra which then gets funneled BACK TO SCHEFF AND PEART.  Same thing.  This is a misrepresentation to mislead parents IMO.

4. How much does this service cost?

There is no cost for our referral services. You will receive materials from various appropriate programs. The schools and programs are tuition based. Financing is available through many of schools and programs.

TRANSLATION:  See above.  Complete lie IMO.

5. What is the cost of the Programs and Schools?

The costs vary depending upon what school or program you choose for your child. Qualified Behavior Modification Programs can range from $3000 per month to $4500 per month (all inclusive). Military and Boarding Schools can start at $16,000 annually and up.

Some programs accept medical insurance, *IEP?s, state funding, court appointed children, financing through select lenders at low interest rates, and major credit cards. Some schools also offer grants, scholarships and financial assistance. Many parents use a college fund (since their child is not on the road to college entry) or a home equity loan.
*Individual Educational Program (each state varies on participation. A parent must contact their school district for more information.)).

TRANSLATION:  Scheff encourages middle class parents to empty their retirement accounts and mortgage their homes so no equity is left.  Sue and Peart then can get a fee from the school.  Scheff has no idea what an IEP really is so refers to their school district for one of her programs that are in another state. Yea, right, Scheff.

6. Where are the programs located?

We have locations throughout the United States. We never refer out of the United States. We do encourage parents not to restrict their search to a limited geographical area. They should choose a program or school that fits the child best. With this, travel may be necessary. Settling for anything less, would be settling for second best.

TRANSLATION:  After at least a year of referring to WWASP that has out of country programs, Scheff is left with her own programs that are in the U.S. only.  She encourages long distances and out of state programs to states where there is little or no regulation (i.e., Montana and Utah), but SHE and her bud MARIE PEART now get yer money.  Who is MARIE PEART?  She is the former sister in law to Bob Lichfield and she sold WWASP programs for years in South Utah where she still lives.  Court records show Marie Peart has two convictions for fraud/theft.  One in south Utah and one in the north part of Utah.  Marie has one bankruptcy.

7. Where is P.U.R.E. located?

We are located in Weston Florida.  This is about 10 miles west of Ft. Lauderdale.  P.U.R.E. shares an office with a Juvenile Criminal Attorney that has proven to be very beneficial.

Our address is:

1940 North Commerce Parkway Suite 3,
Weston,  FL 33326

TRANSLATION:  Scheff and Peart now work out of their home.  Scheff lives in Weston at Harbor Side Drive.  Marie Peart lives in Hurricane Utah, close to Lichfield and WWASP headquarters.  Peart has two criminal conviction for fraud/theft.

8. How is P.U.R.E. funded?

P.U.R.E. is funded by sponsors, grants, programs, schools, and private donations. We are part of a pro-active community in getting our children the help they may need. Our community also recognizes the importance of locating fully licensed and accredited programs and schools.

TRANSLATION:  PURE/Scheff/Peart are funded with parents' money that is funneled to them indirectly through the programs that Scheff refers to.

The Evolution of Sheffonics

2002
Credit Lines or Home Equity Loans are an excellent source for financing a program or school, since it also provides a tax deduction. Many parents use their child's college fund (since their child is not on the road to college entry). Educational Loans are available, with no cost to apply. Depending upon your medical insurance, some will cover the therapeutic portion of a program.

2003
We consider P.U.R.E. Professionals very ?special and sincere?. With P.U.R.E. you will work with a professional who is also a parent. This is very comforting, since they know what you are feeling. To combine professionalism with caring is very unique and an asset to P.U.R.E.

2004
There is no cost for our services. The schools and programs are tuition based. Financing is available through the schools and programs.

P.U.R.E. takes the time to listen to your needs. We want to give you qualified options to find the best placement for your child, if he/she requires this. We believe that residential placement is usually the last resort. For more information please fill out our "request free information" form.

We give you options of what we have researched and visited. It is a parent's decision on what is best for their child. We are an independent resource center for parents.   Most Military and Boarding Schools start at $20,000.00 annually.

Look at this from Sue-sue's old web site in 2001. She is doing exactly what WWASP does----telling parents to mortgage their homes, take a medical tax deduction etc.

Sue Scheff is a sick CON ARTIST.  She deserves EXACTLY WHAT IS COMING FOR HER.

From Sue/PURE telling parents to empty their piggy banks so Sue can get another nose job or sue more Katrina victims!

I think we've pretty well established that Carey was right about Sue being a "con."  All I can say is Carey should have asked for witnesses.

"Read a poem titled "I Am Sorry" written to her mom by a teenage girl who successfully completed one of the programs offered through P.U.R.E."

Man, it doesn't get much sadder than that.  "We'll get your kid to admit that every issue in your family dynamic was all her fault."

We wonder why we're fucked up.

Agreed, that poem does appear to be a pitiful attempt to have Sue Scheff 's young daughter "blame herself" for being placed in a WWASP program by her mother.

Carey Bock has her own website, and witnesses have come forward on her behalf in the on-going appeal efforts to have what appears to be an unjust, and unfair judgment vacated; and to grant Carey Bock a new trial.

www.careybock.com

Anyone who can furnish information to support Carey Bock's appeal, should visit her website; and contact her by the email address or phone number provided.
