That would be nice, but I don't think it would be effective. Unless someone was willing to move all the messages in other forums that continue to be posted. Like trying to herd ants.

The person who can not be named has recently trademarked her own name.  What this means I don't know but it is interesting in that the trademarking seemed to have occurred not long after the Internet defamation verdict was announced by the media and of course, Isabelle Zehnder, who it would appear is one of Scheff's biggest fans.

A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol or design, or a combination of words, phrases, symbols or designs, that identifies and distinguishes the source of the goods of one party from those of others.  (e.g. "Sue Scheff" TM)

A service mark is the same as a trademark, except that it identifies and distinguishes the source of a service rather than a product.
(e.g. "Bringing Families Back Together" SM)

So now I guess we're supposed to go around calling her Sue Scheff?? (PC users: Hold down alt and type 0153 on the number pad. Mac users: Go get a PC.)

All the other bad things we talk about on Fornits are also trademarked, copyrighted, etc by someone. Does Sue Scheff? think that she'll be saved from people telling the truth about her by that?

I share your frustration, but I just can't believe that the people posting this stuff are going to oblige and post only in a forum specifically for SS. Can't be enforced.
Who will move all the old, and ongoing, posts/threads to the new forum?
Many times they are posted in an otherwise useful thread. Do you move the whole thread to the new forum or just the offensive message? Can one message be moved? I don't think so. And who would want to bother to move a useless message- cut and paste it into a bone yard?
Seems more practical that a moderator be assigned who would simply delete posts that provide nothing to the discussion.

I'd love nothing more than to whip out the delete stick, but according to Ginger, if we start deleting posts based on their content, we become responsible for what's left.

Ergo, Fornits will remain generally unmoderated.

And I'm not talking about deleting anything containing a message. I'm talking about posts that look like this:

CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA
CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA  CAICA

All right, I went through and deleted a lot of the duplicates, googlespam, etc. The googlespam is, of course, hurting our efforts at getting stuff googled for, as Google is smarter than spammers.

Even quoting the spam techniques doesn't help. *pokes Deb*
