i know that any time i saw len go into josh's office or be anywhere around him, he was like a little school boy with a crush...and the con man that josh was...took FULL advantage of it!!
Troll Control:
--- Quote from: ""Guest"" ---There was a rumor going around that Bucci was trying to "court" Josh and that's why he was hired to work at HLA - any truth to the rumor?
It was also rumored that Josh was paid off because of (unwanted) sexual advances by Bucci - anyone know anything about that rumor?
--- End quote ---
i have heard both, yes.

It seemed plausable. It is such a disgusting image, most of us choose to put it in the back of our minds and try to forget it.

Sounds like they would have made the perfect couple.

I spoke to the PD office this morning. The investigator is a really good guy who smells something rotten here. His nose isn't lying.
Should it come out that a police report was filed falsely (and I believe this is so), someone is most likely going to get arrested for it and charged with a pretty serious crime, maybe the career-ending type.
Dave, you pulled the trigger, so you're on the hook. If you were directed to lodge this criminal complaint by someone else, you had better come forward right away with that information or you're going to take the hit.
Anyone else having information about this case should come forward straight away to clear it up. Right now (as much as I really don't care) we have a guy falsely imprisoned for a significant amount of time, large costs associated with his extradition from Ohio, and what appears to a false police report behind it all. Having someone unlawfully imprisoned is a felony, Dave, and it's hanging squarely around your neck like a millstone.
So, Dave, if you want to set things right, you can start by contacting the Public Defender's office and coming clean with the real story. If you don't, you're pushing all your chips into the center of the table on some very bad cards, sir.
It's up to you: Sing or Swing.
Again, it wouldn't bother me in the least to see you swing, but I know you didn't do this of your own accord and this guy (however dispicable he may be personally) is sitting in the cooler for no reason and will likely press charges against you and sue the ever-loving hell out of you , too.
Good luck. The investigators are already contacting the people who will be blowing holes through your story, so no sense sticking to your guns at this point...
