New changes

Lots more staff are gone-5 more yesterday,including Jen nowicki.AND,as of Jan.2,no more night security,they are all discharged,including Gary. The new security staff is a military/law enforcement company w/uniformed staff and will implement a zero tolerance policy,plus they WILL NOT have contact w/students as no head counts,no asking for bathroom,water,etc.,and they leave at 6:00am every day. The teachers are going to be required to take over the ancillary duties. WE MUST SAVE THE CHILDREN!!!

Wow.  Gary has been there from the beginning.  Did they offer him anything else, or did they just let him go?  It will be interesting to see how this new group does.  They will surely be more competent, but I wonder if it will cause new problems?

This is another typical HLA move.  Teachers are under contract so they can't cut their pay or fire them.  The next move is to make their job so miserable that they quit.

But even with this massively reduced staff level, they're still charging full price, aren't they? And I bet Len hasn't told the parents, has he?

Assuming there's anything left after the current round of ownaj, Len's making himself wide open for even more lawsuits from parents who used to like the place.

Be sure to sue him personally, parents; there probably won't be anything left of "Hidden Lake Academy" by the time the courts get around to you.

with all of these staff changes in order to save money.

why 2 assistant headmasters?

We all know Joe Stapp will be next headmaster

couldn't HLA save that money by firing Jeff Holloway and that alone have saved Night Security

Jeff no longer cares about the kids, he is covering his butt . He stays in his office and does not come out. I guess it is hard to work with you nose shoved up Lenny's Ass to keep your job.

the new chant at HLA should be

LET JEFF GO
LET JEFF GO
LET JEFF GO

that is the truth i have been at HLA Fo 17 months and I hardly ever see jeff and he does spend alot of time around lenny

The only time I ever saw Jeff Holloway,except for the weekly meetings, was when I got dismissed. He escorted me to my car.
