In need of some new reading material in the bathroom????

Try this yarn out......

http://www.strugglingteens.com/news/HLA ... sponse.pdf

It seems the bathroom is the only appropriate place to read this....story.

Not does it mirror whats already in the toilet, but it's extra convient since you're garunteed to vomit after reading it!

Well, I see a lot of denials and a lot of admissions.  HLA has admitted to some serious wrong-doing in their response, but claim they are to be held without liability for such actions.  We'll see about that.

Additionally, this suit is very similar in nature to several I have seen, each one lost by the defendants and huge judgements awarded.

This is an attempt to break the class and force individual suits which HLA would then try to settle.  Personally, I believe the class will be certified and the trial will move forward.

Did anyone happen to notice that Quirk and Quirk are not handling the case?  Even the attack dogs need to be fed occasionally, and when you stop feeding (paying) them, they no longer bite...

actually they have 3 law firms handling the case...q/q is still involved but they have so much HLA crap on their plates and this is such a big and very time consuming issue that they are just support players in the suit...but they are definatly still involved...

Amusing

I though it was a very amusing reading actually. So many inconsistencies in HLA's statements. I think they are going to wish they could just settle and get this over with. I do have a question though of a reference made about Clark Poole and him not qualified to make a medical judgements because he has no psychological training. How is this a medical judgement? The other thing I noticed was how they didn't advertise Clay Erickson as a practicing physician. If not why is it until VERY recently he had the initials M.D. after his name on their website. Was he the person making the medical judgements there? If not who is this person with all the medical training making these medical judgements?

It doesn't matter Odie. Buchi truly believes he is Big Brother, he thinks if he alters statements already made then that somehow changes the past and no one will refute it.

HLA advertised Clay as an MD on their website. That's out there for all the world to see. Any editing or manipulating they try to do now changes nothing.

Another interesting fact: http://wwf.fornits.com/viewtopic.php?t=18116&start=15

The HLA response swears this event never happened. Apparently it did and they are going to eat their words.

I wonder how much editing HLA is going to do to their response between now and going to trial.
