Well, I see a lot of denials and a lot of admissions. HLA has admitted to some serious wrong-doing in their response, but claim they are to be held without liability for such actions. We'll see about that.
Additionally, this suit is very similar in nature to several I have seen, each one lost by the defendants and huge judgements awarded.
This is an attempt to break the class and force individual suits which HLA would then try to settle. Personally, I believe the class will be certified and the trial will move forward.
Did anyone happen to notice that Quirk and Quirk are not handling the case? Even the attack dogs need to be fed occasionally, and when you stop feeding (paying) them, they no longer bite...
