The question was asked:
Do you know if Isabelle Zehnder at CAICA refers parents to teen escort/transport companies?

Technically speaking, this statement does not address the question as to whether Isabelle Zehnder (CAICA) refers to referral companies or transporters.

However, this statement published in an article written by Isabelle Zehnder posted on CAICA seems to suggest that Zehnder is offering some sort of "service" to parents APART from coaching:

Isn't that the "term" Sue Scheff uses a lot, "resources?"  Yet this friend of Isabelle Zehnder's, Sue Scheff, does seem to use these "resources" to refer parents and their children to programs, now doesn't she?  
Wonder how Isabelle Zehnder is using this term, "resources?"

Does anyone know:  Does Isabelle Zehnder refer parents who contact her directly to programs  for placement; or does Zehnder refer them to Sue Scheff /PURE for program placement; that is--if Zehnder should determine that program placement is the desired "option" for the families she talks with ?
