Elaine Davis, the direcor of Carolina Springs, was transferred to the Pillars of Hopes in Costa Rica with Ms. Tara. I heard children from CSA were taken to Costa Rica, as young as 14. So it is not a program just for 18-22 year olds.

And some kids were transfered from Spring Creek Lodge to Pillars of Hope too.
