Guest 2:
I called him as well. He said he's already received several calls and emails!

So is there any indication of whether or not the Nugget is going to go with a story.  My guess is they probably will not.  Too much hearsay, too little provable fact.

Troll Control:
"hearsay" is i heard this from someone else while "evidence" is this happened to me.

i suspect that very little of what he discovers will be hearsay - not to mention that he worked there, so i'm SURE he's seen quite a bit of unethical and possibly illegal behaviors.  if he hasn't, he's legally blind.

Him working at HLA will be the reason this doesn't happen.  He will come across as nothing more than a disgruntled ex-employee and HLA will sue the Nugget.  He better be able to prove anything he writes about, which will be very difficult.  This is why HLA has not been taken down yet.  None of this can be proven.  The best way for this stuff to make the papers is for this "lawsuit" that has been talked about to come to fruition and then the Nugget can report on its merits.  But to this point it doesn't look like any kind of lawsuit is happening.  That is why everyone is so anxious for them to be investigated.  No one has any real proof that bad things have happened there.  All you have is your stories, which is not good enough in a court of law.

apparently you're not hip to the facts, nor do you understand reporting or lawsuits.

he can print any story he wants and use the word "alleged" to describe events reported.  obviously, this leaves no avenue for HLA to sue.  and he can certainly report on the ongoing investigations into HLA including CPS, ORS and private investigations.

i am aware of at least a half-dozen lawsuits that HLA has settled and they can be reported upon as well - they're public record now.

the old saw "disgruntled employee" is getting really old, because according to you, EVERY ex-staff is "disgruntled."  your hackneyed response carries no weight whatsoever.

let me ask you this: are you going to be "disgruntled" when your workplace gets shuttered or you get fired because you don't meet the minimum requirements for employment once HLA is regulated?

get back to me on that.
