ACTION ALERT POSTED ON ISAC

--- Quote from: ""BuzzKill"" ---If the Salt Lake City jury is any indication, Utah Juries are up set and offended by persistent and consistent allegations of abuse against those who have been entrusted with the care of troubled and fragile children.
--- End quote ---
SLC is way different from most of Mormon Utah. A lot of them don't even understand what child abuse really is. Why do you think there's so much of this shit in Utah?
Here's hoping for some GUILTY.

--- Quote from: ""Three Springs Waygookin"" ---SLC is under fifty percent mormon. The percentages are in favor of the jury being less inclined to vote not guilty based on religion.

Here's an article from the the Loyola of Los Angeles Law School Law Review that you scholars might enjoy - I know, I know, I know - it's 29 pages long and it has some big words and no pictures, but you can try, right??

Guess it is "wait and see" huh?
No one seems too bothered about a jury trial execept whoever this is yakking for the Suds's benefit.
Let the jury hear the testimony, and let the jury decide.
That is what the JUSTICE system is about.
Still say the Suds will never give those depositions, and go on record: they will be yelling "settlement" to the top of their sorry lungs.
