Since Focal Point Academy is only licensed as a Foster Care Facility; how is it possible for this facility to enroll out-of-state kids in a "Residential Treatment Center?"

Pretty sure it is still licensed as a foster care facility, with visiting Mormons

The lawsuit is a public document, I hardly think that it would have been written about or published without a true document.  ::deal::
It is also listed at the Broward County Courthouse, which can be veiwed online.
