looks like there's something wrong with the way the QUOTE tags are being parsed.  see my post near the end of the page here:

also the time limit between posts shouldn't be in effect for edits IMO.

i think that's an old problem with phpBB.  there's a fix for it on the admin side, but you can try deleting the board cookie on your end and see if that helps.

GregFL disabled the bbcode and the html, so you'll have to ask him about that.

And the session cookies are set for 2 hours, the auto-login is set for 1 day. Not sure why you're getting logged out. Maybe those settings need to be tweaked.
