It is not been confirmed.

Sadly the only way to find out is to visit the place and find out whether there is activity. The name Pacific View Academy suddenly appeared last year and before that the name Seaside academy was also in play.

An address called Calle Tijuana 601, Col. Machado, Playas de Rosarito seems to be of somewhat importance.
